Due to its geographical location, in a hilly rural area, Agriturismo Podere San Lorenzo 1866 is suitable for people looking for a quiet place for their holidays, away from noise and pollution of different kinds.

We use clean electrical energy,  self-produced by the photovoltaic system.
Inside the property there are no pylons for high-voltage cables, because the electrical line is buried: so, there is just relaxing hillside landscape of the Alta Maremma.

The ancient farmhouse - built in 1866 - built in stone and handmade bricks,  largely originals, has recently been completely renovated in respect to Tuscany traditions with local materials. such as chestnut wood beams for the roof and tuscan terracotta floors.

The furniture are made of chestnut wood,  from Arezzo handicrafts.

Self-catering apartments and one detached private chalet.

For max 14-16 persons: minimum dimensions, maximum relax!

Large swimming pool and solarium with sunbeds and wooden garden furniture,  barbeque area for eat outside, free covered parking, garden and olive grove.

The accommodations are provided of bed linens, bath towels and for the kit.

Single travelers, romantic couples, families with childrens or elderly,  mountain-bikers, pilgrims on the ancient Via Francigena  and/or on the etruscan Via Clodia ...
